Classic
Festo ADVUL compact cylinders are short-design pneumatic cylinders with an extended piston rod bearing from the Classic programme. The range comprises around 86 items with graded piston diameters and stroke lengths.
The extended bearing increases stiffness compared with the basic type and improves the absorption of lateral forces in a compact design. The examples show piston diameters from 12 to 100 mm with graded strokes.
The ADVUL is used where a compact design with increased guidance stiffness is required, for example in handling and assembly technology with side loads. The extended bearing improves accuracy and service life compared with the basic type.
