Straight push-in bulkhead connector »NonPlusUltra«, Ø 6 mm, FPM (FDA), p = -0,99…25 bar, T = -20…150 °C, 1.4404, PU 10 pcs. The NonPlusUltra series combines excellent material quality with the best workmanship. All components are characterized by maximum tightness and optimized flow. Made entirely of corrosion-free and acid-resistant stainless steel with a surface roughness (Ra) < 0.8, they are extremely robust and easy to clean (can also be sterilized). Movable fittings are suitable for continuous movement due to a special swivel mechanism. The stainless steel unions have a wide range of applications, for example in process engineering, food and pharmaceutical industries, water-cooling, lubrication, gases, vacuum and clean room (suitable cleaning of the parts is the responsibility of the user). They are ideal for use in conjunction with our PUR hoses for food contact (FDA). Available on request with EPDM seals, EPDM seals with drinking water approval, suitable for cleanroom class 3 according to DIN EN ISO 14644-1 and with colored ceramic coding.

About Female bulkhead connectors

Straight bulkhead push-in connectors take a line through a wall, a control panel or a machine cover and leave a push-in port on either side. They accept tube with an outside diameter of 3 to 16 mm, and reducing versions join two different sizes. Working pressure reaches 20 bar and vacuum down to -0.99 bar.

What matters when choosing

• Tube outside diameter: 3 to 16 mm, set separately for each side on the reducing types.
• Panel thread: M8x0.75 to M24x1.0 male, governed by the hole already in the sheet metal.
• Series: click-clock, Blue Series, Blue Series mini, metallica, NonPlusUltra and inox line differ in shape and material, from plastic through nickel plated brass to stainless steel 1.4404.
• Sealant: NBR for compressed air, FKM or FPM for oil and higher temperatures, and the FDA compliant FKM version near food production.
• Medium and temperature: besides compressed air the parts handle neutral gases, liquids, oil and grease, with operating temperature from -20 °C to 150 °C depending on series.
