Corner safety valve, for compressed air and non-flammable gases, G 1", DN 16, 1.5 bar, gunmetal

Compressor stations and compressed air networks are protected by a safety valve that works purely mechanically. This version in G 1" responds at 1.5 bar and discharges 102 m³/h. The nominal size DN 16 determines the discharge cross section. The spring steel spring and the FKM seal withstand the range -20 to +200 °C. The hexagon offers 40 mm across flats.

Applications

Stationary compressed air systems with a fixed set pressure of 1.5 bar. Vessels and pipework with female thread G 1". Plants with operating temperatures within the range -20 to +200 °C. Replacement of a defective safety valve of the same nominal size DN 16.

Standards and conformity

The valve is type tested and carries the component identification TÜV-SV...-312.16.D/G.0,28 CE0036 1,5 bar. It is supplied with a fixed setting only, so the set pressure of 1.5 bar cannot be altered. A setting certificate to 3.1 is available on request.
