As soon as the system pressure rises to 17.00 bar, the valve lifts automatically and releases up to 730.8 m³/h to the atmosphere. The setting is fixed and lead-sealed at the factory and cannot be altered during operation. With its G 3/4" thread, DN 10 nominal size and a body of stainless steel 1.4571, the valve fits common manifolds and vessel ports.

A test certificate for the setting and a version with NPT thread are available as options.
