About Run tees

Adjustable L-fittings form the 90 degree bend in a cutting ring line and can be turned a full 360° into position before being tightened. A sealing cone does the sealing, while coupling nut and cutting ring hold the joint. The 39 items cover tube outside diameters from 6 to 28 mm at PN 160 to 630 bar.

What matters when choosing

• PN: 160 to 630 bar. Tubes up to 18 mm are listed at 315 bar in this series and the large sizes at 160 bar, with additional 630 bar versions for small diameters.
• Tube O.D.: 6 to 28 mm, taken from the tube installed rather than from the port thread on the equipment.
• Material: galvanised steel to DIN 2353 or 1.4571 stainless steel to DIN 2353. In mixed installations, place the transition between the two materials deliberately.
• Sealant: FKM is specified for part of the range and is chosen according to the medium and the line temperature.
• Nut thread and widths across flats: together these decide whether the joint can still be reached and tightened once installed.

• Routing tube around beams and housing edges where a tube bend needs too much space
