Compact electric beveler MB-03A, 0C ~ 3C - Nitto Kohki 130500201

Sheet metal edges, profiles and weld preparations can be machined on the assembled part with these compact electric bevelers. Each unit stays below four kilograms and produces an even chamfer in a single pass because the bevel setting is adjustable.

• Under four kilograms in weight, so the machine goes to the workpiece instead of the workpiece to a stationary machine
• Chamfer capacity from 0C to 7C plus radii of 2R to 4R, covering deburring and weld preparation with one series
• Chamfer angle fixed at 45 degrees or infinitely adjustable from 15 to 45 degrees depending on model, keeping the bevel uniform along the whole edge
• Powered from the AC mains, no compressor and no compressed air line required
• Carbon brush set and the matching wrenches are supplied as standard, the larger models add a set of indexable inserts

Operating principle

An electric motor drives the cutter head with its indexable insert. The base plate rests on the workpiece and limits the infeed, which is set to the required chamfer size before starting the cut.
