About Elbows

Elbows turn a line through 90 degrees where there is no room for a pipe bend or where a branch has to leave sideways. The group covers threads from G 1/8 to G 1 and is rated for operating pressures up to 150 bar depending on version. What matters when choosing

• The thread pairing decides the part. Female/female, female/male and male/male versions are available, with thread 1 running from G 1/8 IT to G 1 IT or Rp 1/8 IT to Rp 1 IT.
• Parallel female threads carry the G or Rp designation and tapered male threads the R designation. Rp with R is the pairing normally used in pipework, and thread 2 offers R 1/8 ET to R 1 ET for it.
