Polyamide hose (PA 12 PHL), Temperature -40 °C to 80 °C, Hose Ø 14x12, PN at 20 °C max. 10 bar, green, Roll of 25 m PA 12 has a low water absorptive capacity and is therefore dimensionally stable if the ambient humidity varies. PA 12 resists greases, oil, fuels, hydraulic fluids, alkalis and salt solutions. Sufficient UV resistance can only be guaranteed if the material is pigmented black! Suitable for use with push-in fittings. Suitable for vacuum up to 12x9 mm. About PA-/ PUR-/ PE-hoses

Plastic tubing links valves, cylinders and manifolds in a compressed air installation. The right material follows from temperature, bend radius and permissible pressure. This group holds 222 items in polyamide, polyurethane and polyethylene, supplied from the reel.

What matters when choosing

• Start with the tube material. Polyamide PA 12 keeps its impact and notched impact strength down to -60 °C, resists corrosion and stays dimensionally stable thanks to low water absorption, polyurethane is considerably more flexible and more abrasion resistant, polyethylene covers simple lines.
• Inner and outer diameter belong together and determine flow and the matching push-in fitting. The range offers pairings such as 3x0.75, 4x1, 6x4 and 8x6 mm.
• Maximum operating pressure is stated at 23 °C and depends on wall thickness. In PA 12 that means 27 bar at 6x4 and 19 bar at 8x6, in PUR 13 bar at 3x0.75 and 16 bar at 4x1.
• Check the temperature range against the installation point. PA 12 is documented from -60 °C to 100 °C, PUR from -20 °C to 60 °C.
• Choose colour and reel length to suit the installation. Natural, blue, black, yellow and red are among the options, which makes it easier to mark control and working circuits.
