About GEKA couplings and accessories

GEKA couplings join hoses and lines through a claw connection that mates and releases without tools. The versions in this group are rated for 40 bar operating pressure and cover hose inside diameters from 10 to 38 mm. They belong wherever lines are reconnected frequently during operation.

What matters when choosing

• Connections are available as female or male threads from G 1/4 to G 1 1/2. Match them to the mating part on the pump, valve or manifold rather than to the hose.
• Hose tails are selected by the inside diameter of the hose. The range covers 10 to 38 mm, and the couplings quoted by nominal size run from DN 13 to DN 25.
• The seal material governs media compatibility. NBR, EPDM for potable water and FKM are available.
• Medium temperature starts at -10 °C, with an upper limit between 90 and 150 °C depending on version. The higher figures belong to the seal variants rated for them.
• Operating pressure is quoted uniformly at 40 bar across the range, so it only needs to be checked against the system pressure.
