End distributor socket,2 safety couplings I.D.7.4, input G1/2, Op.pressure max.12bar,temp.air -10°C to 50°C,temp.water 1°C to 50°C 2-way distributor sockets made of high-strength glass fibre-reinforced plastic (PA6 GF 30) for a wide range of applications. All distributor sockets have a durable brass threaded insert, whose shape secures it against rotation and against axial shift due to its shape. Drilling diagram dimensions are identical for all distributor sockets, so a simpler and more flexible exchange replacement.Caution:Note that the distributor sockets should not be installed in danges zones. Danger zones are, for example, transport routes, escape routes, etc.

About Safety couplings

A safety coupling vents the hose before it releases the plug, so the line cannot whip around on disconnection. Coupling is done one-handed by pushing the plug in, uncoupling takes two steps via the locking sleeve. Operating pressure runs from 12 to 35 bar depending on the range.

What matters when choosing

• Plug profile and nominal size have to match the plugs already in use. Both are listed in the technical data of each article and act as the first filter before anything else.
• The connection is available as female and male thread in G 1/4 to G 3/4 and in NPT 1/4 to NPT 1/2. Choose NPT only where the installation is already built on that thread.
• The housing decides weight and durability. Nickel-plated brass and QPQ-treated steel are the workshop standard, anodised aluminium and glass fibre reinforced PA6 GF 30 save weight, stainless steel 1.4404 withstands wet and chemical areas.
• Operating pressure of 12 to 35 bar varies by range. Some versions work down to -0.95 bar and therefore cover vacuum as well, and flow rate is stated as 1350 l/min (air).
• For the seal, NBR covers normal service and FKM higher temperatures. Medium temperature runs from -20 °C to 60 °C or to 150 °C depending on the version.
