3/2-way solenoid valve »lineonline«, Controlled venting, Hose - hose, for hose Ø 8, NO, 24 V DC, Operating pressure 2.5 - 7 bar Though small in size, these valves are solenoid-piloted and feature very high performance. Each valve comes complete with a monostable manual control and LED. Exhaust can be damped with a silencer or conveyed via a pipe fitting. Function corresponds to the normal position of the valve.

About Mini pressure regulators and function connectors

Miniature pressure regulators and function fittings are installed straight into the air line and handle regulating, switching and throttling duties there, without needing a mounting plate of their own. The control range covers 0 to 8 bar and flow rates run from 50 to 850 Nl/min.

What matters when choosing

• The thread decides where the part sits. M5, G 1/8, G 1/4 and G 3/8 male threads are available.
• For the regulators the deciding figures are the 0 to 8 bar control range and the 10 bar maximum inlet pressure. The secondary pressure should be set in the middle of the scale rather than at its limit.
• Flow rates cover 50 to 850 Nl/min. Short cylinder cycles or longer pipe runs should be planned around the upper half of that range.
• Maximum operating pressure is between 7 and 12 bar depending on the version. Networks running permanently close to 8 bar rule out the types limited to 7 bar.
• Electrically actuated versions run on 24 V DC. Versions with an indicator cover a measuring range up to 12 bar.

• Reducing pressure at individual cylinders when only one branch has to run at a lower level
