3/2-way mini solenoid valve directly controlled, DN 1.5 mm, NC, 24VDC, for equipment plug, Pressure 0-7 bar, Temp. -10 °C to 50 °C Directly controlled 3/2-way solenoid valves specially designed for pneumatic applications. These valves are provided with a flange for assembly on an individual base or multiple manifold base. They feature a monostable manual operator. The scope of supply includes two fixing bolts and a flange gasket. The coils can be turned 180°.

About Valves electropneumatically operated

Electropneumatically actuated directional valves switch on an electrical signal, with the actual shift handled by a pneumatic pilot stage. The range works at operating pressures up to 10 bar, covers nominal sizes DN 5 to DN 15 and delivers flow rates from 50 to 2000 Nl/min. That makes cylinders and other actuators directly drivable from the control system.

What matters when choosing

• Function: from 3/2 NC and 3/2 NO through 5/2 monostable and bistable to 5/3 with closed, exhausted or pressurised centre position. Monostable valves drop back to their rest position when the signal is lost, bistable valves hold the last position.
• Voltage: 12 V DC, 24 V DC, 24 V AC, 110 V AC and 230 V AC, plus versions supplied without a voltage. It has to match the existing control system.
• Flow rate from 50 to 2000 Nl/min at DN 5 to 15: size it against cylinder volume and the cycle time you need.
• Connection: threaded ports M5 IG, G 1/8 IG, G 1/4 IG, G 3/8 IG and G 1/2 IG are listed, as well as flange versions. The connection type has to suit the planned mounting arrangement.
• Series: Reihe 70, Reihe 70 low temperature, Reihe BASIC, 3V, 4V and the Robustausführung. The low temperature variant works down to -40 °C media temperature.
