Standard pressure gauge with front ring, black, Connection, rear, centric, G 1/4, Goods class 1.6, Measurement range 0-16 bar, Ø63 Bourdon-tube pressure gauge in standard design, either with panel-mounting bezel made of chrome-plated or black sheet steel or with 3-hole bezel made of chrome-plated sheet steel. About Standard pressure gauges

Standard pressure gauges display pressure at the measuring point without auxiliary power, so the reading stays available even if the controller drops out. These bourdon tube gauges cover ranges up to 600 bar in nominal sizes from 40 to 160 mm. The connection is G 1/8, G 1/4 or G 1/2 male.

What matters when choosing

• Max. measuring range: Full-scale values go up to 600 bar. Pick the range so that normal working pressure does not sit at the end of the scale, otherwise readability suffers and the bourdon tube works permanently at its limit.
• Diameter: From 40 to 160 mm. Small cases suit control cabinets and air preparation units, large sizes are needed where the value has to be readable from several metres away.
• Thread: G 1/8, G 1/4 and G 1/2 male are available. The size follows the measuring point, not the case diameter.
• Housing: Sheet steel or plastic. Plastic is the lower-cost option for dry indoor use, sheet steel is chosen where mechanical load is expected.
• Medium temperature: The group is rated from -20 to 60 °C. Hotter media need a siphon or cooling section so the measuring element stays within its limit.
