Festo flow sensors measure the volume flow of compressed air and output the value as a switching or analog signal. The SFAM series measures flows in the liter range and is connected to the control system via M12 plug.
The range covers more than 103 items with different measuring ranges and tube or manifold connection. This allows the air consumption of individual consumers to be monitored and evaluated.
Flow sensors monitor the compressed-air consumption of machines and systems and detect leaks or wear through changed volume flows. They provide measured values for energy recording and process monitoring.
