Festo Classic comprises proven proximity switches of older series such as SMEO and SMTO for end-position sensing on pneumatic cylinders. The switches mount on matching cylinder profiles and report the piston position to the control system.
The range covers 8 items with LED indication as well as cable and plug versions for 24 V. It serves primarily as a replacement for existing systems with Classic sensors.
The Classic proximity switches are used for end-position sensing of pneumatic cylinders and serve as spare parts for existing systems. They indicate the switching state directly on the sensor via the LED display.
