A leak under a raised floor or on a cooling pipe gets expensive when nobody notices it for hours. The NB-WLD picks up a few drops of water or glycol anywhere along the sensing cable and sends the alarm over NB-IoT to the portal. No LAN is needed, and the battery lasts up to 3 years.
