Magnetic Proximity Sensors
Aventics magnetic proximity sensors detect the piston position in magnet-equipped cylinders and report the end positions to the control system without contact. This category covers more than 104 items of the ST6 and ST6-LT series with different connector options such as M8 and M12.
The sensors respond to the magnetic field of the piston and provide an electrical signal for position sensing, for example for sequence control and monitoring. Various output and connection variants allow adaptation to PNP logic as well as to cable or connector designs.
