Pressure separator for SR series multi-pin valve terminals (S1R and S2R), for different inlet pressures - E.MC

When some of the actuators on a valve manifold need to run at reduced pressure, such as a gripper next to a lifting cylinder, this pressure separator splits the common supply channel. Each section is then fed separately at its own pressure.

Advantages

• Occupies no station, so the terminal keeps its full station count.
• Fits both sizes of the SR series, S1R with G 1/8" and S2R with G 1/4".
• Weighs only 6.9 g, and fitting it leaves the valve station layout unchanged.

Applications

• Grippers or clamping elements at reduced pressure next to actuators at full line pressure
• Blow-off functions at lower pressure next to cylinders on the same valve manifold
• Subsequently splitting an existing terminal into two pressure zones
