This valve terminal controls up to 10 pneumatic actuators through a single multi-pin connector and removes the need for individual wiring inside the control cabinet. Each of the 10 stations passes 800 l/min at an operating pressure of 1.5 to 8 bar. The fitted 5/2-way valves with spring return run on 24 V DC and draw only 3 W per station.

The aluminium manifold carries 10 stations equipped with 5/2-way valves with spring return, each passing 800 l/min. The working ports use a G 1/4" thread and the switching time stays below 50 ms at 5 bar. With a largest dimension of 253 mm the unit also fits into shallow cabinets. The valves are rated for a service life of at least 40 million switching cycles.
