Adjustable 45° connector, tube 15 L, stainless steel 1.4571, no nut or ring

This adjustable 45° connector turns a precision tube through 45 degrees and joins it to a tube stud with a sealing cone and an O-ring. The stated material is stainless steel 1.4571. The data state a working pressure of 315 bar. This version is supplied with light series and scope of delivery without nut and cutting ring.

Applications

In pipework of the light series the bending radius of the tube is left alone because the angle sits in the coupling.

Standards and conformity

Before assembly the stud thread and cone, the inside of the union nut and the cutting ring are oiled. Thin-walled or soft tubes need a reinforcing sleeve.
