Adjustable 45° connector, tube 35 L, zinc-plated steel, no nut or ring

Once installed, the adjustable 45° connector turns a precision tube through 45 degrees and joins it to a tube stud with a sealing cone and an O-ring. It is supplied with tube stud 35 L and tube connection 35 L (M45x2). It is produced from zinc-plated steel. In addition the data give light series and scope of delivery without nut and cutting ring.

Applications

At a tube stud 35 L in zinc-plated steel the coupling replaces two bends and holds 160 bar.

Standards and conformity

The coupling belongs to the cutting ring system for precision tubes. The tube is cut off square, deburred inside and out and cleaned, and no tube cutter is used.
