Adjustable 45° connector, tube 30 S, zinc-plated steel, no nut or ring

Once installed, the adjustable 45° connector turns a precision tube through 45 degrees and joins it to a tube stud with a sealing cone and an O-ring. In addition the sheet lists a temperature range of -35 to +100 °C. Its rating is a working pressure of 400 bar. The version is listed with heavy series and scope of delivery without nut and cutting ring.

Applications

In pipework of the heavy series the bending radius of the tube is left alone because the angle sits in the coupling.

Standards and conformity

Before assembly the stud thread and cone, the inside of the union nut and the cutting ring are oiled. Thin-walled or soft tubes need a reinforcing sleeve.
