Adjustable 45° connector, tube 15 L, zinc-plated steel, with sealing cone and O-ring

Once installed, the adjustable 45° connector turns a precision tube through 45 degrees and joins it to a tube stud with a sealing cone and an O-ring. This version is listed with tube stud 15 L and tube connection 15 L (M22x1.5). Its rating is a working pressure of 315 bar. In addition the data give light series.

Applications

In pipework of the light series the bending radius of the tube is left alone because the angle sits in the coupling.

Standards and conformity

Before assembly the stud thread and cone, the inside of the union nut and the cutting ring are oiled. Thin-walled or soft tubes need a reinforcing sleeve.
