5/2-way solenoid valve, single solenoid, spring return, G 1/8, 590 l/min, 24 V DC, standard connector - YPC SF2101
5/2-way solenoid valve from the SF2000 series with G 1/8 ports and 590 l/min for 24 V DC. One solenoid and a defined home position make its behaviour on power loss predictable. At 5 bar it switches in 25 ms or less, and no lubrication is required.

Description
The SF2101 suits a double-acting cylinder that has to return to a fixed position when power drops out. One solenoid shifts the spool, and as soon as the signal is gone, air and spring push it back to the home position. At 5 bar up to 590 l/min pass through the G 1/8 ports. The 24 V DC coil can be driven directly from a PLC output.
Advantages
- Without a signal the home position is clearly defined, so after an emergency stop or power loss the actuator sits in a known position.
- Switching time of 25 ms max. at 5 bar and up to 5 Hz switching frequency for short machine cycles.
- 18 mm body width and a 15 mm coil, so several valves can sit close together.
- Oil-free operation, no lubrication required. If the air is oiled, use ISO VG32.
- Only 2.5 W power consumption per coil, coil without polarity and insulation class F.
Applications
- Gates, diverters and flaps in conveying systems with a defined rest position.
- Lift and feed cylinders at assembly stations, driven by a single PLC output per axis.
- Machines with 24 V DC control, where each solenoid is wired straight to a PLC output.
Accessories and spare parts
The replacement solenoid coil, type L for 24 V DC, is available separately and can be changed without opening the pneumatic circuit. Several valves can be combined on an SF2000 series manifold with 2 to 14 stations, with supply and exhaust ports in size 1/4.
