3/2-way plunger valve, 35 N operating force, G 1/4, 700 l/min, 0 to 8 bar - YPC YMV410

With its plunger, this 3/2-way plunger valve picks up a stop or cam position directly, with no lever in between. An operating force of 35 N changes it over, and the G 1/4 ports carry 700 l/min.

Advantages

• Runs without a lubricator on filtered compressed air, lubricated or not, and on inert gases from 0 to 8 bar.
• Supply can be connected to any port, so the same valve can be plumbed as normally open or normally closed.
• Total travel of 3.5 mm with 1.0 mm pre-travel, which leaves room for cam tolerances.
• Weighs just 125 g, built from die-cast aluminium body, NBR seals, stainless steel spring, carbon steel plunger.
• Effective area of 16.0 mm² for 700 l/min, enough for small cylinders or as a pilot signal to a larger valve.

Applications

• Stop sensing in fixtures and clamping stations
• Following cam discs and cams with a short stroke
• Part presence check: once the workpiece is in place, the valve releases a single-acting cylinder or a downstream valve
