3/2-way pneumatic valve, single air pilot, normally open (NO), G 1/2, 2250 l/min - E.MC

Where no voltage should be present at the valve, this air-actuated 3/2-way pneumatic valve does the switching: a pressure signal at the G 1/8 pilot port shifts it. With a nominal size of 8 mm and 2250 l/min at G 1/2 it feeds a large-bore cylinder directly.

Advantages

• Normally open (NO): the consumer stays pressurised when there is no signal.
• 2250 l/min with a nominal size of 8 mm, 2x G 1/2 ports and 1x G 1/2 exhaust.
• No coil at the valve: G 1/8 pilot port, pilot pressure 2 to 8 bar.
• Aluminium body and spool, NBR seals, service life of at least 40 million cycles.

Applications

• Single-acting cylinders that stay extended and pressurised in the home position.
• Sealing or blow-off air that is cut only when a signal is applied.
• Piloting larger valves or actuators via G 1/2.
• Fully pneumatic control chains with signal transmitters such as roller lever or push-button valves.
