About Male branch elbows 45°

A 45 degree push in fitting takes the tube away from the port at an angle, sitting between the straight outlet that needs a lot of space and the 90 degree elbow that bends the tube sharply. The group is released for compressed air up to 10 bar and accepts tube outside diameters of 4 to 12 mm.

What matters when choosing

• Thread: from M5 male through G 1/8 and G 1/4 male up to R 1/2 male. Parallel G threads and tapered R threads are both available within the group.
• For tube outside diameters of 4 to 12 mm. The outside diameter of the tube is what counts, and the recommended tube field names the matching version.
• Working pressure: 10 bar continuous, with a short term figure stated per article. Down to -0.95 bar is permitted, so vacuum duty is possible as well.
• Material: the series is built throughout as a combination of plastic and nickel plated brass. There is no all metal version within this group.
• Medium: compressed air is the released medium. Water, oil or chemically aggressive media call for a different series.

Sealing is by NBR, the parts belong to the Blue Series and are produced in China. They are intended for use with plastic hose and plastic tube.
