About Distributors

Multi-distributors bring several tube outlets together on a single threaded port. Instead of a fitting plus a tee, one part sits on the valve or cylinder and the tubes push in without tools. The 219 items work from -0.99 bar under vacuum up to a working pressure of 10 to 16 bar.

What matters when choosing

• Threads are available parallel as G 1/8 to G 1/2 and tapered as R 1/8 to R 1/2, plus M5, all as male threads. G and R are not interchangeable.
• Tube outer diameters run from 4 to 12 mm. Mixed-size distributors are part of the range, for instance one 8 mm port feeding three 6 mm outlets.
• Check the working pressure. Ratings are 10 to 16 bar maximum depending on version and down to -0.99 bar, so the distributors also suit vacuum circuits.
• Material comes either as plastic combined with nickel-plated brass or as nickel-plated brass throughout. The mechanical load at the mounting point decides which one applies.
• The range covers the Blue Series and click-clock. Rotating versions make it easier to align the outlets after installation.

The documented seal material is NBR, the medium is compressed air and the operating temperature runs from -20 °C to 80 °C. The parts are intended for plastic tubing and plastic pipe and come from Italy and China.
