About Male branch Y-elbows

A Y push-in elbow fitting splits a compressed air line into two branches at a single port and saves the space a separate tee with two elbows would take. The group covers tube outside diameters from 4 to 12 mm and works between -0.95 and 10 bar. All versions belong to the Blue Series.

What matters when choosing

• For tube O.D. 4 to 12 mm: the push-in size follows the plastic tubing or pipe in use and at the same time sets the flow to both branches.
• Thread: available as M5 in internal and external form and as G and R from 1/8 to 1/2 as external thread. The thread type follows the port on the valve, cylinder or manifold.
• Thread 1 and thread 2 on the rotating versions: internal threads run from G 1/8 IT to G 1/2 IT, external threads from G 1/8 ET to G 1/2 ET and from R 1/8 ET to R 1/2 ET. That lets you carry an existing port through instead of occupying it.
• Working pressure -0.95 to 10 bar: besides compressed air the fittings hold vacuum down to -0.95 bar, which allows use in suction lines.
• Material plastic or nickel-plated brass with NBR seal: brass where mechanical load is expected, plastic where weight and price come first.
