About Male branch Y-fittings

A push-in Y fitting splits a supply line into two outlets right at the threaded port and saves a separate tee plus an extra fitting. Hoses from 4 to 16 mm outside diameter are accepted and the working pressure lies between -0.95 and 10 bar.

What matters when choosing

• Threads are available parallel from M5 and G 1/8 male up to G 1/2 male and taper from R 1/8 to R 1/2 male. Taper threads seal in the thread itself.
• Hose outside diameter of 4 to 16 mm has to match the tubing, and the figure applies to both push-in outlets.
• Working pressure runs from -0.95 bar to 10 bar, with 15 bar listed as a short-term peak.
• The material is plastic or nickel-plated brass, sealed with NBR.
