RTU-Expander 2004 for Perseus, 20 digital inputs, 4 relay outputs, Modbus RTU, DIN rail - HW group 600928

Where many alarm contacts end up in one cabinet, the RTU-Expander 2004 gathers them on the DIN rail: 20 digital inputs and 4 relay outputs on 9 modules, linked to the Perseus unit through a single RS-485 line.

Benefits

• Many detectors, one module: 20 inputs for dry contacts such as smoke detectors, door contacts, motion sensors or power presence monitoring.
• Pulse counting: S0 pulse inputs compliant with EN 62053-31, Class B, record pulses from devices such as energy meters.
• Local switching: 4 relay outputs rated for 50 V and 1000 mA.
• Scales as needed: several RTU-Expanders can be daisy-chained from the RS-485 terminal block of one Perseus unit.
• Bus powered: 12 V nominal (GND and +U) is supplied through the same RS-485 terminal block.
