RTU-Expander 1004 for Perseus, 10 digital inputs, 4 relay outputs, Modbus RTU, DIN rail - HW group 600927

When a Perseus unit runs out of inputs, the RTU-Expander 1004 brings extra contacts into the cabinet: 10 digital inputs and 4 relay outputs on just 6 DIN rail modules, all connected through a single RS-485 line.

Benefits

• More detectors per site: 10 inputs for dry contacts such as smoke detectors, door contacts, motion sensors or power presence monitoring.
• Pulse counting: S0 pulse inputs compliant with EN 62053-31, Class B, record pulses from devices such as energy meters.
• Local switching: 4 relay outputs rated for 50 V and 1000 mA.
• Scales as needed: several RTU-Expanders can be daisy-chained from the RS-485 terminal block of one Perseus unit.
• Bus powered: 12 V nominal (GND and +U) is supplied through the same RS-485 terminal block.
