Where a partial circuit has to run at less pressure than the pump delivers, the DRE20-6X/315YMG24-8K4M pressure reducing valve brings the pressure down steplessly to the given command value. Size 25 with an ISO 5781 connection diagram handles up to 300 l/min at a maximum operating pressure of 315 bar. The proportional solenoid is supplied with 24 VDC from external electronics.

Applications

Typical duties are clamping and feed circuits in which one cylinder has to work with less force than the rest of the system. The command value comes from the external electronics, so the reduced pressure can be changed from the machine control. At 300 l/min the valve stays usable in large circuits as well. It is mounted on a subplate to ISO 5781.
