5/3-way solenoid valve for valve terminal, closed centre position, 680 l/min, IP 65

When a double-acting cylinder has to stop between its two end positions instead of only travelling from stop to stop, this 5/3-way version with a closed centre position is the right choice. In the rest position all five ports are blocked, so the trapped air keeps the piston where it is. The flow rate is 680 l/min, the operating pressure covers 3 to 8 bar and drops to 0 bar once external pilot air is connected. The valve is mounted on a valve terminal and switched with 24 V DC at 1.3 W per solenoid. A body of aluminium and plastic with NBR seals handles temperatures from -10 to +50 °C.
