5/3-way solenoid valve, exhaust centre, G 1/2, 2500 l/min, 115 V AC - YPC SF6403

In its centre position this 5/3-way valve connects both working ports to exhaust. The cylinder loses its pressure and can be moved by hand, while the supply port stays blocked. Energising either solenoid gives 2500 l/min through the G 1/2 ports. Built for 115 V AC control circuits, as used on machines for 115 V mains.

Advantages

• Exhaust centre takes the force off the actuator without shutting down the supply.
• No lubricator needed: designed for non-lubricated air, use ISO VG32 if the air is oiled.
• 22 mm class F solenoid coil with 3-pin DIN connector, IP65, detachable from the valve.
• Body and spool in aluminium, NBR seals, pilot section in glass-fibre reinforced polyamide.

Applications

• Set-up mode where cylinders or slides are moved by hand.
• Shutdown concepts where an actuator must lose its pressure on a power failure.
• Double-acting cylinders that have to be relieved before the next stroke.

Accessories and spare parts

A matching replacement solenoid coil for 115 V AC is available separately and can be changed without opening the pneumatic circuit. Several valves can be grouped on SF6000 series manifolds with 2 to 10 stations, sharing a common G 1/2 supply and exhaust.

According to YPC the SF6000 series carries the CE mark and complies with RoHS.
