S1V series valve terminal, 4 x 5/2-way single solenoid, M5 side ports, EtherCAT - E.MC

The 4 stations on this terminal are enough for a small assembly, such as a gripper with its lift unit. The integrated EtherCAT module takes switching commands straight from the controller, and every station carries a single-solenoid 5/2-way valve drawing 0.8 W. The M5 working ports are on the side of the base.

Advantages

Applications

• Driving small double-acting cylinders and compact slides whose air demand is well covered by about 230 l/min per station
• Pneumatic grippers, rotary actuators and stoppers in assembly and test fixtures
• Decentralised valve manifold mounted on the machine and linked to the controller via EtherCAT instead of discrete wiring
• Installations with limited height where the tubing should leave sideways

Accessories and spare parts

Blanking plates for unused positions, individual valves in other functions, M5 push-in fittings, silencers and mounting screws are available separately. Matching M12 cables are available for the bus line and the power supply.
