Bosch Rexroth membrane accumulators store hydraulic energy via a gas-precharged diaphragm element that separates the gas and fluid sides. The HAD series covers small nominal volumes and is used for pulsation damping, leakage compensation and energy storage in compact hydraulic systems. This section holds more than 140 items.
The type designation (e.g. HAD0.7-211 or HAD1.4-140) encodes the effective gas volume and the permissible operating pressure. Membrane accumulators are low-maintenance because the separating element is fixed, and they suit high-frequency load cycles with a small storage volume.
Membrane accumulators damp pressure pulsations at pumps, compensate leakage losses and hold control pressures in clamping and tensioning systems. Their small size suits machine tools, presses and mobile hydraulics where fast load cycles occur in confined spaces.
