Bosch Rexroth bladder accumulators use an elastic bladder as the separating element between the nitrogen gas cushion and the hydraulic fluid. The HAB series covers medium to large nominal volumes and is used for energy storage, volume compensation and shock absorption. This section holds more than 110 items.
The type designation (e.g. HAB10-330 or HAB32-330) states the nominal volume in litres and the permissible operating pressure. The bladder is replaceable, allowing the accumulator to be serviced without full replacement; CE-marked versions are available for the European pressure equipment range.
Bladder accumulators cover short-term peak demands, balance volume fluctuations and damp pressure surges in hydraulic circuits of presses, lifting gear and industrial plants. The replaceable bladder element allows a fast response path between the gas and fluid sides.
