Bosch Rexroth hydraulic accumulators group the hydropneumatic storage units that hold pressure energy in a gas cushion and release it on demand. The HAB series shown here includes ASME-code versions for applications outside the European pressure equipment regime. This section holds more than 70 items.
The type designation (e.g. HAB10-207 or HAB10-345) states the nominal volume and permissible operating pressure; the ASME suffix marks approval under the US pressure vessel code. Hydraulic accumulators are used for energy storage, pulsation damping and emergency actuation.
Hydraulic accumulators store energy for load peaks, damp pump pulsations and provide emergency actuation in case of pressure loss. ASME-certified versions are mainly required for export machinery and plants outside the EU legal area.
