The SMC Vacuum Suction Cups of the ZP3 series are designed for vacuum-supported workpiece pick-up and are available in flat versions with groove (series U and UM). The program comprises more than 184 items in graduated suction cup sizes.
The flat geometry is particularly suitable for flat workpiece surfaces. The various sizes allow the suction force to be matched to the weight and contact surface of the workpiece.
Flat vacuum suction cups of the ZP3 series are used to pick up flat workpieces such as sheets, plates or films in handling and assembly systems. The groove in the suction surface supports the even distribution of the vacuum.
