Adjustable male stud elbow, G 3/4", tube 20 S, zinc-plated steel, no nut or ring

The adjustable male stud elbow leads a precision tube out of a parallel G thread at a right angle and holds it with a cutting ring. This version comes with male stud thread G 3/4" and tube connection 20 S (M30x2). A further figure is a temperature range of -35 to +100 °C. This version is supplied with heavy series and scope of delivery without nut and cutting ring.

Applications

For maintenance on a line of the heavy series only the union nut is undone and the stud thread stays in place.

Standards and conformity

Before assembly the stud thread and cone, the inside of the union nut and the cutting ring are oiled. Thin-walled or soft tubes need a reinforcing sleeve.
