5/3-way air operated valve, closed centre, G 3/8, pilot ports 2x G 1/8, 1600 l/min - YPC SFP5303

Need a large cylinder to stop mid-stroke with no electrical power at the valve? The YPC SFP5303 closes off supply and both working lines in the centre. It offers G 3/8 ports and 1600 l/min in the outer positions, controlled through two G 1/8 ports.

Advantages

• Spring-centred position with all ports blocked, operating pressure 2 to 10 bar.
• Purely pneumatic actuation with 2 to 8 bar pilot pressure, no electrical energy is needed at the valve.
• Oil-free operation: no lubrication required, if lubricated use ISO VG32 oil.
• Body and spool in aluminium, NBR seals, pilot section in glass fibre reinforced polyamide.

Applications

• Stopping a cylinder in an intermediate position in a purely pneumatic control.
• Large cylinders, lifting units and ejectors with a high air demand via G 3/8.
• Holding loads once both pilot signals have dropped.
• Valve banks on the MF5500 manifold, also mixed with solenoid valves of the same body style.
