5/2-way solenoid valve, double solenoid, bistable, G 1/8, 590 l/min, 12 V DC, standard connector - YPC SF2200

The SF2200 is a bistable 5/2-way valve with two solenoids. A short pulse on either solenoid sets the switching position, and the valve then holds it without continuous current, even if the control voltage fails. At 12 V DC it runs on vehicle electrical systems and battery-powered equipment. At 5 bar up to 590 l/min pass through the G 1/8 ports.

Advantages

• The last switching position is kept on power loss, so the cylinder does not run back on its own.
• Only 2.5 W power consumption per coil, coil without polarity and insulation class F.
• Switching time of 25 ms max. at 5 bar and up to 5 Hz switching frequency for short machine cycles.
• 18 mm body width and a 15 mm coil, so several valves can sit close together.

Applications

• Cylinders that must stay in their last position after a power failure, for example on lifting doors or grippers holding a part.
• Controls with pulse outputs where the coil should not be energised permanently.
• Vehicle bodies and mobile equipment with a 12 V supply.

Accessories and spare parts

The replacement solenoid coil, type L for 12 V DC, is available separately. The valve uses two of them. Several valves can be combined on an SF2000 series manifold with 2 to 14 stations, with supply and exhaust ports in size 1/4.
