5/3-way solenoid valve, pressure centre, G 1/2, 2500 l/min, 24 V AC - YPC SF6503

In its centre position this 5/3-way valve feeds supply pressure to both working ports and blocks the exhausts. On a through-rod cylinder the forces balance and the piston holds its place. Flow at the G 1/2 ports is 2500 l/min. The 24 V AC coil runs from the control transformer in the cabinet.

Advantages

• No lubricator needed: designed for non-lubricated air, use ISO VG32 if the air is oiled.
• 22 mm class F solenoid coil with 3-pin DIN connector, IP65, detachable from the valve.
• Body and spool in aluminium, NBR seals, pilot section in glass-fibre reinforced polyamide.

Applications

• Actuators that should restart without a jump because both chambers are already filled.
• Through-rod cylinders that stand force-balanced in the centre position.
• Holding a load together with pilot-operated check valves in the working lines.

Accessories and spare parts

A matching replacement solenoid coil for 24 V AC is available separately and can be changed without opening the pneumatic circuit. Several valves can be grouped on SF6000 series manifolds with 2 to 10 stations, sharing a common G 1/2 supply and exhaust.

According to YPC the SF6000 series carries the CE mark and complies with RoHS.
