5/2-way solenoid valve, double solenoid, G 3/8, 2000 l/min, 12 V DC - YPC SF5200

Two coils and no return spring. The YPC SF5200 is switched over by short pulses and then stays in position without power. That saves coil energy in continuous operation and keeps the actuator in place if the mains fails. Flow through G 3/8 is 2000 l/min. At 12 V DC and 2.1 W the valve fits battery-powered systems and vehicle bodies.

Advantages

• Impulse operation: the switched position is held without power, switching time 25 ms max at 5 bar.
• Oil-free operation: no lubrication required, if lubricated use ISO VG32 oil.
• Spool and body in aluminium, NBR seals, pilot section in glass fibre reinforced polyamide.
• 22 mm solenoid coil, insulation class F, with 3-pin DIN connector rated IP65.

Applications

• Actuators that must keep their position on power loss, such as flaps and gates.
• 12 V DC on-board systems in vehicles, trailers and mobile equipment.
• Cycled operation with short switching pulses instead of a permanently energised coil.

Accessories and spare parts

The replacement solenoid coil for 12 V DC is available separately and can be changed without opening the pneumatic circuit. For banks of several valves YPC offers the MF5500 manifold with 2 to 12 stations and a common supply through G 3/8.
