5/2-way solenoid valve, double solenoid (bistable), G 1/2, 3500 l/min, 24 V DC - YPC SF6200

Two solenoids, two stable positions. A short pulse shifts this 5/2-way valve and it stays there after the voltage drops, so a double-acting cylinder keeps the last commanded position. Flow at the G 1/2 ports is 3500 l/min. At 24 V DC it connects straight to the transistor outputs of a PLC.

Advantages

• Holds its switching position on power loss, a short pulse is enough to change over.
• No lubricator needed: designed for non-lubricated air, use ISO VG32 if the air is oiled.
• 22 mm class F solenoid coil with 3-pin DIN connector, IP65, no polarity to observe.
• Body and spool in aluminium, NBR seals, pilot section in glass-fibre reinforced polyamide.

Applications

• Diverters, flaps and gates in conveyors that must not change over on a power failure.
• Pulse-controlled cycling where no coil stays energised permanently.
• High-volume double-acting cylinders that hold their end position without a holding signal.

Accessories and spare parts

A matching replacement solenoid coil for 24 V DC is available separately and can be changed without opening the pneumatic circuit. Several valves can be grouped on SF6000 series manifolds with 2 to 10 stations, sharing a common G 1/2 supply and exhaust.

According to YPC the SF6000 series carries the CE mark and complies with RoHS.
