5/2-way solenoid valve, double pilot 230 V AC, G 1/8", 500 l/min, aluminium

This 5/2-way solenoid valve with three G 1/8" ports controls double-acting cylinders in assembly, clamping and feeding equipment. Because it works as a double pilot valve, a single short command at 230 V AC is sufficient and the spool then stays in place without holding current, which keeps heat inside the control cabinet low at a power draw of 3 VA. The spool runs in an aluminium body and releases a flow of 500 l/min at a nominal width of 3.9 mm. Switching takes less than 50 ms at 5 bar and up to 5 cycles per second are permitted. Filtered compressed air between 1.5 and 8 bar is required for operation.
