As soon as a machine has more than a handful of actuators, grouping the valves in one place pays off. This valve terminal holds 16 stations and is controlled through DeviceNet. The air supply runs jointly through the manifold and the wiring through a single cable. The supply is 24 V DC. The materials are body and spool aluminium, seals NBR, pilot plastic.
Advantages
- Control through DeviceNet, which reduces the wiring to a single cable.
- Supply with 24 V DC at 0.8 W / valve solenoid, which keeps the load on the power supply manageable.
- Protection class IP 40, suitable for mounting at the machine.
- Operating pressure of 1.5 to 8 bar (5/3-way: 2 to 8 bar) bar for all stations jointly.
- Materials body and spool aluminium, seals NBR, pilot plastic, matched to continuous operation at the machine.
