Valve terminal for bus module, 14 x 5/2-way single solenoid, M7 side ports on the base, 24 V DC - E.MC

This E.MC S1V series valve terminal combines 14 single-solenoid 5/2-way valves on a common base plate. Supply and exhaust run centrally through G 1/8, while the M7 working ports are located on the side of the base plate. The terminal is prepared for a bus module, which is not included in the delivery.

Advantages

• Response time of 15 ms or less at 5 bar and up to 5 switching cycles per second per valve.
• Only 0.8 W per solenoid at 24 V DC ±10 %, so 14 valves draw 11.2 W in total.
• Service life of at least 40 million cycles, valves with LED status indicator, each replaceable from above.
• M7 ports with a nominal cross-section of 7 mm² (Cv 0.39), around 330 l/min flow per station.
• Base with 14 stations without bus module, the matching module for PROFINET, EtherCAT, EtherNet/IP, DeviceNet, CC-Link, PROFIBUS DP or IO-Link is fitted separately.

Applications

• Building a valve manifold whose bus module is already on hand or ordered to match the controller.
• Packaging and feeding systems in which 14 actuators are switched from one central manifold.
• Medium-bore cylinders that move briskly with 330 l/min per station.
• Installation under low covers, since the tubes leave sideways from the base plate rather than upwards.

Conversion and extension

The valves can be swapped for individually available valves with one or two solenoids or for blanking plates. Stations are counted from the electrical connection.
