3/2-way pneumatic valve, double air pilot, impulse function, G 1/4, 800 l/min - E.MC

Where no voltage should be present at the valve, this air-actuated 3/2-way pneumatic valve does the switching: a pressure signal at the 2x G 1/8 pilot port shifts it. With a nominal size of 4.5 mm and 800 l/min at G 1/4 it feeds a mid-size cylinder directly.

Advantages

• Impulse function: a short switching pulse is enough, and the position is held if the signal drops out.
• 800 l/min with a nominal size of 4.5 mm, 2x G 1/4 ports and 1x G 1/4 exhaust.
• No coil at the valve: 2x G 1/8 pilot port, pilot pressure 2 to 8 bar.
• Aluminium body and spool, NBR seals, service life of at least 40 million cycles.

Applications

• Memory function in control circuits where a switching state must be held without a continuous signal.
• Driving single-acting cylinders that must not retract if the signal is lost.
• Piloting larger valves or actuators via G 1/4.
• Fully pneumatic control chains with signal transmitters such as roller lever or push-button valves.
